Director of Microsoft's Advertising Business Group said that Xbox 360 could be getting Ad's on the dashboard.
Sean Alexander, Director of Microsoft's Advertising Business Group has hinted that there could be Ad's appearing on the Xbox 360 dashboard some time this year. They won't be gaming Ad's either, they will be regular Ad's. Since the goal of advertising companies is to launch the same campaign on multiple platforms, it will be released on Desktop, TV, mobile phone, console and table (Microsoft touch-table). No word yet on whether the Ad's will just be for Silver. In my opinion, Gold members should have the choice to display Ad's or not but we will just have to wait and see what they have in store for us.
